The identity at architectural scale — hoardings, monoliths, facades. Five mandated co-brands, two languages, one hierarchy that reads at 60 km/h.

Every large surface carried the same constraint: Skill India, the state government, MSDE, Tata Trusts and Tata Sons all had a mandated place, in two scripts. The system's answer was a strict hierarchy — institutional name largest, Hindi first where the law asks, partners in a fixed footer band — so that a monolith in Ahmedabad and a flyover hoarding in Mumbai read as one institution at any speed.
